To withdraw cryptocurrency from CoinHQ to your own wallet, head to the Transfer - Send menu option.

You will need to add a withdrawal address to withdraw cryptocurrency to. Withdrawal addresses must be verified by our support team. You can add a withdrawal address by pressing Add an address. This article goes into more detail about how to add withdrawal addresses.

Once you have a withdrawal address verified, you will be able to select it from the drop-down menu in the above screenshot.

Once selected, you will be given the screen below that allows you to enter in how much you'd like to send to the chosen withdrawal address. You can type in a NZD amount, coin amount or 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% of your currency balance. If you're happy, press Review.

You will be then shown a review screen that displays all the details of your withdrawal request. If you're happy to continue, press Complete Transfer and then enter your 2FA code to authorize the request.

Our system will initiate the withdrawal and you will be emailed when the withdrawal is complete.
