How to add a cryptocurrency withdrawal wallet address

Updated over a week ago

CoinHQ allows you to withdraw cryptocurrencies to a variety of external wallets. Before you can withdraw any cryptocurrency to an external wallet, you will need to whitelist a wallet address for withdrawals.

You are able to have as many whitelisted withdrawal addresses as you would like. When adding a withdrawal address, our team will verify and approve it for you. This process usually takes 24 hours, but it can often be completed in a shorter timeframe. Please refrain from contacting support regarding this process unless it has been over 24 hours and your withdrawal address hasn't been approved.

How to Whitelist a Wallet Address

To add an address, head to the Withdrawal Addresses section under Settings

Then click Add a Withdrawal Address

Now you will need to give a name to this address. It's recommended to use a name that helps you remember which wallet this address is for, such as "Exodus", "Trezor", or "Binance".

Enter your withdrawal address, double-check that it is accurate, and ensure that you have selected the correct cryptocurrency for this address.
