To make sell orders you will need to add and verify a bank account with CoinHQ. This will require a recent bank statement or screenshot of a recent statement that shows the account name and account number.
✅ The bank account must be under the same name that is on your CoinHQ account.
If you are adding the bank account for an entity, it must be under the entity name or a business bank account.
If you are adding a joint bank account, you will need to also provide ID of the joint account holder. We will contact you regarding this once you have added your bank account.
To add a bank account, go to the Bank Account section under Settings
Click Add a Bank Account
Fill in all the fields and upload a recent statement or screenshot of a recent statement that clearly shows the bank account number and your name.
Once we have received your request, the team will review and accept your bank account.
The only reason your bank account add request may be declined is if the bank account is not a NZ bank account or if the name on the bank account does not match the name on your CoinHQ account
