If you need to reset MFA because you no longer have access to the MFA refreshing codes in app, you will need to contact support.
You can make a request to reset your MFA. As part of your request, you will need to submit a selfie of you holding a note with today's date and the text "MFA". This is to ensure that it is actually you that is resetting your MFA.
