FX conversion rate

When you buy and sell crypto through CoinHQ, there are foreign exchange conversions that occur.

When buying, we exchange NZD to USD before buying cryptocurrency, and when selling, we sell the cryptocurrency into USD, then convert USD to NZD.

The FX rate that applies on all of these actions is set by our banking partner and is something that we are unable to change.
